In 1998, Paul co-founded Speed Dynamics Atlanta where he coached athletes to Olympic and World Championship medals, a World Record and more than 20 National records. One athlete asked Paul for help getting into meets. The word traveled quickly and soon multiple athletes were calling Paul for representation. Over the last 14 years, Paul has developed Doyle Management Group from a one-man operation to one of the most trusted and respected management companies in the industry.
Paul graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Ever since his life has been dedicated to track and field in one form or another. Paul, his wife Karen Shinkins, a former Irish Olympian, and their son Keane live in Atlanta, Georgia.
Robby began his relationship with DMG over a decade ago as one of the company’s first clients after winning 2 NAIA national titles in the 110m Hurdles at Life University. He travels with DMG athletes to international competitions and major championships providing the necessary support so each athlete can maximize their performance on the track. Robby supervises the DMG overseas base camp and administers the training programs for the athletes who are away from their regular coaches.
Jordan serves as the PR & Logistics Coordinator for Doyle Management Group. She works to ensure that travel and any other logistics are in place for all athletes traveling to meets during the Indoor and Outdoor seasons. She also fulfills the role as the media contact for any athlete interviews or interactions. Jordan has a large hand in the event management side of DMG. She is assisting with the development of an American Track League, which will bring more professional track meets to the United States. Jordan grew up with a passion for Olympic Sports, while being a gymnast, and now gets to work with World Class Athletes on a daily basis. Jordan graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Sport Management.
James has a hand in every aspect of DMG working around the clock to ensure that all client needs are satisfied. He plays a significant role in the development of long-term client relationship strategy and leads initiatives on special projects. James is the point man for the DMG scouting department. He travels the U.S. using his keen eye for talent to bring in the future athletes DMG will represent. He also instructs DSP athletes in a strength and weight training capacity. James is a United States Marine Corps veteran and also played collegiate Rugby at Kennesaw State University, where he graduated with a degree in Sport Management.
