Sandi Morris began her collegiate pole vault career at UNC and then made the transfer to Arkansas, where she truly began to exemplify her talent. Morris has had a record breaking 2015 season in the pole vault where she broke the NCAA record multiple times. Her current Outdoor NCAA record currently stands at 4.72m which won her the SEC title and earned her a World Leading mark at the time. Sandi is the 2015 Indoor NCAA Champion and is a three-time National Athlete of the Week recipient, which has warranted her being added to the Bowerman watch list. After an impressive appearance at her first World Championships and continuing to set new personal bests, Morris is poised to make the 2016 Olympic team and become one of the top pole vaulters in the world.
